1 liter milk
1/2 glass powdered rice
3/4 glass sugar
1 glass roughly ground pistachios
Methods:
Dilute the rice in a bit of cold water. Boil the milk and add the rice. Stir until the mixture thickens. Pour in cups and allow to cool. Sprinkle pistachios on the surface before serving.
